  Ordered a meal, no fries. Had to ask for a tray for carry out. While waiting for my food, I saw a young man who looked like management sneeze into his hands, them go and work at the cash register. Some food handling training is sadly lacking here. Great way to spread disease. What's going on that we can't see? Disgusting.

  An easy stop on the 11. The coffee and hot chocolate tasted as usual. Like every other Tim's.

  Awful service. I waited in line which I expect but then my turn to order comes and the employee takes part of my order and walks away..... 4 min later she comes back after the counter beside me served 3 people. Anyway I place my order for 2 bagels toasted with butter. I get to my vehicle to discover no butter on my bagels. So I go back in and ask for butter. I am given one package. I ask for more as I have 2 bagels. The attitude I received was ridiculous. If you would have done your job correctly the first time I wouldn't had to come back in. So all around bad experience. Fortunately I am only travelling through! I wouldn't want this to be my regular tim hortons. Lastly. The bagels were super dry to boot.

  At the time of visit, the shop itself was a bit of a mess. The tables were not wiped down and the floors were muddy from most likely all the melted snow being trekked in. There was about a 3person line up/wait. They do have a little fireplace setting you could sit and relax by with your coffee and donuts.

  It's also attached to a convenience shop and a DQ. As well as a gas station and A&W across the way.

  Love the staff. Great bunch of people. But the little things like no sleeve for hot drinks unless asked for is getting old. When ordering an assortment of Tim bits and only getting 2 kinds...? In a 20 pack!? Tim Hortons became famous because of doughnuts! And I know the selection anywhere else is huge. I'm going to say it's management and lack of proper training.

  The restrooms were a mess. There was also no paper towels in the one I used. I had to resort to using the toilet paper to open the door handle to get out. The restrooms are single male/female use. If they were cleaned and properly stocked, it would be better. It was just gross this time around.

  Tim Hortons coffee sucks....I like coffee, from the co-op way better coffee, I thought Tim's was to mark thee pots ,when the coffee was made ,NOT this place ...that's bad....In my opinion don't stop at Tim's in davidson, keep driving up the road to co-op gas station where it's always fresh.
