  Lots of gas pumps. Great convince store, clean bathrooms and two options for eating. Tim Hortons and A Diary Queen on site. VERY busy.

  This has to be the worst esso in the country. Esso should be embarrassed to have its name on the sign. Never stop again

  Let's see hmmm the bathroom looks like they have never been cleaned since the building was made. Staff don't speak much or any English which is pretty important for customer service and makes ordering food fairly difficult. Prices of items in the store and restaurants are a bit on the high side also. Parking is small for cars and pickups but for semi well they have a dirt lot. This dirt lot which never gets maintained and is riddle with more pot holes then the moon. Will likely destroy your semi and or tires but they do have a lot of space for parking.

  Stopped here to use the washroom and grab some Timmy's. While my partner described the men's washroom in the Esso as "immaculate" the women's one was less than desirable to be in. Toilet paper all over the floor, food on the floor and the accessible stall was out of order. Maybe should have used the Tim Horton's bathroom.

  Up to today I would have given it a 5 star but was utterly embarrassed and will never go back there ever again. I entered as I always do every morning and pumped about 450 litres of diesel for the day. I brought in my water jug and filled it up and then grabbed a mug of coffee then went to Timmies for another cup of coffee for another driver. The gas bar attendant kept staring at me so I asked him what he wanted where he told me I had to pay for my coffee. I told him I fueled and that the owners son told me it was free with fuel and he told me no it wasn't and for me to not get water either without his permission. I paid for the coffee and even offered to say for all the previous coffee I must of stolen then and informed him that my truck and our whole truck fleet will no longer be fueling there to which he replied okay so I guess the flying j will enjoy our patronage instead. It takes yrs to build loyal patronage but seconds to lose it. I guess they have forgotten that and success must have gotten to their heads.
