Rooms were clean. Looks like a recent renovation of the room. Check in was quick and easy. They do need to fill in a few potholes in the parking lot so watch your step otherwise a great and quiet place to stay for the night. Beds are comfortable too.

My reason for staying at this place was it was close to our work site. I would not opt to stay here if I am traveling at my own expense. Cleanliness could be greatly improved. WiFi is pretty much non existent unless you are night owl. I stayed at the tail end of the fall season and the furnace/heating system was not turned on. One night got pretty cold without warning. However, the next day owner fixed that. Having said that, it would have been better if the thermostat worked when needed. Shower is a tiny cubicle, with hot water running only at certain time of the day or so it seems. Not cheap at $89 plus tax for the place it is. No complimentary breakfast and coffee maker is pretty beaten. Do have a microwave and fridge (though a bit noisy)

For the price, this place is perfect. Rooms were clean and I loved their heavy sheets. Thank goodness they have an air conditioner though because the hot water heater stayed in all night and was way too warm. The only thing the thermostat seemed to control was the blower.

Only reason to stay should be a) someone else is paying. b)only room available in town. However, this is a tiny little town. Don't know whether there are any better hotels available. I would rather drive a bit more to find a better place.
