  I understand Franchisees can charge there own prices but seems like I'm not the only one who thinks this is a bit absurd.

  My $9.49 4 piece chicken strip basket ended up coming to 15.07 before tax after I was charged and ADDITIONAL 2.29 for onion rings, an additional 1.49 for the bottle water, and 30¢ for a second honey mustard.

  On a '2 can dine $9.99' we got charged a $1.14 PST which is 11.4% PST plus fifty-two cents which is 5.2% GST have the till receipt to prove it. Who knows how long this has been going for!?!? everyone beware and KEEP, KEEP your till slip. Literally highway robbery. no way this can keep happening!

  I would give them a 0 but it is not an option. They tried ripping us off $4 to upgrade to onion rings. The turkey club had 1 very thin slice of turkey on it and the bacon was barely cooked. The Swiss mushroom burger was made on a basic hamburger instead of a 1/4 pound burger. I recommend eating anywhere except here.

  "Friendly" Filipino lady seemed more interested in interrupting me during my order to upsell me rather than listening to what I actually wanted.

  Poor service. I understand up selling but I don't need to be offered large fries 3 times when I repeatedly ask for regular. Then asked if I'd like to order a second combo and really not impressed with being offered dipping sauce and then dinged 2 bucks for it. Oh and if you offer me ketchup. Make sure it's in the bag.

  Terrible service! They are slow, constantly up selling without saying what extra it would cost. Which is just a money grab. I feel pressured to buy more when we go to this one. No other dairy queens I've ever experienced this kind of service from. Also to mention that their prices are wrong in their drive-through, and when pointed out they just say they don't know, and don't offer the advertised price. Either upgrade your signs, or you should honour the price that's advertised. Just bad customer service overall. I prefer to not stop there and go across the street to the A&W.
